I've tried everything i could find so far same thing access denied.. anyone else have this issue before?
Error:Cannot connect to WMI provider. You do not have permission or the server is unreachable. Note that you can only manage SQL Server 2005 servers with SQL Server Configuration Manager.

ok, nevermind.. didn't realize UAC would cause this issue.
Fix was run command prompt as admin...
*sigh*

Run as admin = run as administrator on the server or something else?

Yes, right click run as Admininstrator
