  I need to export export SQL 2005 table data into text file, and import text file data into sql table. Otherthan import/export wizard how can we achieve this? BCP?

  Any one provide script to do this

  BCP or SSIS would be your alternatives. For examples, just search SQL Server Books Online. You'll find plenty of them.
