Hi Everyone,
Iam just new to SSIS, can anyone plz help me with providing whar are all the real time issues faced and how they are overcomed.

I'm sorry, that question is WAY too open.
One of the most common issues affecting all programming is not thinking through what you want to accomplish and then looking at the tools you have available and generating a plan to get there.
The same is true for SSIS.
Why don't you try out the components and see how they work and what they do.
How can you come up with a plan on how to solve a problem if you don't know what tools you have? You can't..
If you have a question about how to solve a particular problem you will find many excellent sources here, but the question needs to be discrete and not quite so open.

You can read this forum, you'll find plenty of issues here 🙂 (and in most cases, also their solutions)
