I have an easy solution for that problem:
use Excel 2007 or later 😉

Hi Da-Zero / Phil Parkin,
Thanks for your replies, actually you didn't answered to my question.
I know the easy solution is Excel 2007, most of the people are using 2003 and earlier versions, it might be helpful to them.
My solutions working even in excel 2007 i.e for rows > 1048576 ( 16 * 65536)
Actually I developed this solution for excel 2007, converted to work with earlier versions too.
Cheers

I know we didn't answer your question. 🙂
But I would be interested in reading such an article.
Maybe you can try to send a reminder, or to contact the editor of this site.
Or just have some patience, I can imagine that SSC receives tons of e-mail.
