Can you run transaction job witout a backup

    Can you run transaction job witout a backup? I can't find our back ups how they get run,but I see transaction jobs,I don't see that backup would be done through SQL SErver

    Why do you need a Poll for this?

    It is not possible to have Transaction Log Backups without Full backup.

    You might be missing something, I would recommend you to look into the msdb..backupset table to find the full backup information for that database...
