expressions

  • I have this condition in my conditional split:

    (Code) == "" && (Consumption) >= "0" && (Rate) >= "0" && (TotalAmt) >= "0"

    only rows that meet this condition shld be processed. otherwise, don't process.

    Looks good to me, but didn't work when I tested it.

    I'm thinking that it's because the "0" is in quotes, so it's being read as string. When I take the quotes out, the expression turns red - invalid.

    Any ideas?

  • what are the data types of the columns?

  • they are all varchar.

    that means that it should be in ""!

  • So the problem Should with the Code column.. Try using the below Exp

    (!ISNULL(Code)) && ((Consumption) >= "0") && ((Rate) >= "0") && ((TotalAmt) >= "0")
