SQLDump####.txt and SQLDmpr####.txt

  • What are the SQLDump####.txt and SQLDmpr####.txt files used for? My laptop gave me a out of room on C: warning. I looked around and found in a SQL LOG directory about 30 gigs worth of the above two files from a few months ago. What are they for, and is there any value in retaining them?

  • They're created when SQL encounters an access violation. If you're not interested in debugging or sending to CSS for debugging, you can delete.
