Can't backup transaction log in Sql Server 2000

    Hi all..

    I need your help..

    I try to backup transaction log from my database..but in backup windows, the button Transaction Log

    was disabled..is there anything wrong?

    What recovery model is your database in? I'm guessing simple. Logs can only be backed up if the DB is in full or bulk-logged recovery.

    ok.. it works...

    exactly what u said..i'm using simple model..after i changed it to full model, the button was enabled..
