We have problem with Full-Text Search service in production environment.
Each time we rebuild full-text catalog, there is no error in User Interface, but there is no data in Full-Text Catalog, like this (in Full-Text Catalog properties):
The error message is :
Errors were encountered during full-text index population for table or indexed view '[DocumentManager].[dbo].[DOCUMENTVERSION]', database 'DocumentManager' (table or indexed view ID '2121058592', database ID '5'). Please see full-text crawl logs for details.
In Full-Text Crawl Logs, we founded this messages :
2010-04-08 13:00:16.27 spid21s Error '0x8004170c: The document format is not recognized by the filter.' occurred during full-text index population for table or indexed view '[DocumentManager].[dbo].[DOCUMENTVERSION]' (table or indexed view ID '2121058592', database ID '5'), full-text key value 0x00017414. Attempt will be made to reindex it.
2010-04-08 13:00:16.27 spid21s The component 'offfilt.dll' reported error while indexing. Component path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\offfilt.dll'.

Thanks for the reply, I found that and managed to locate the files affected. But what is the error behind it? Not seems to be able to find the solution.
