Hi All,
I have a maintenance plan for optimization and integrity check of databases. The jobs assigned for these two tasks are failing sometimes. I am getting the following error message:
[Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLSTATE: HY000)] Error 0: The server has been disconnected. You must reconnect to perform this operation.
Can someone help me why the jobs are failing? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,

Try running the job step definition under SSMS manually and see if it gives you more detailed message.
Also, try whts listed at-->http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic117030-5-1.aspx#bm117428
