Urgent reply required- How to uninstall SQL 2005 SP3?

    I tried with add or remove programs but it is not showing remove option for SP3..

    I applied sp3 in our dev server and developers are getting errors...thus i need to uninstall sp3 asap..Please reply asap..

    You will have to reinstall SQL Server 2005. There is no uninstall at this time for service packs. I think this may change in the future, possibly with SQL Server 2008 but don't hold me to that as I don't have any SQL Server 2008 systems yet.

    What errors are the developers getting?
