I have sql server 2005 server management studio.
I'm trying to follow an article about data loading/transfer. In the article, it says something about a data flow task tab. I can't find it in my studio. Where is it? Or does my version have it?
Any help will be appreciated.

Use SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio(BIDS) for data loading/transfer tasks (ETL). That's where you will find data flow task tab. Look into Books Online, it has good "getting started" tutorials on SQL Server Integration Services (SQL Server 2005 ETL tool).
