High Disk Queue length

    Hi,

    We are getting High Disk Queue length(4.2) on Backup drive while taking the Full Backups.Is this normal behaviour of having High Disk Queue length while taking Full Backups(Total Size of Backup files is 25GB) or Do we need to take it as disk performance issue?

    Please advice me how to avoid this High Disk Queue?

    depend how many disque you have into your raid strip considere disque * 2 = normal disk queud lenght (5 disk * 2 = 10 ) the real calculation is more complexe because you need calculate penality or benefit depend raid level.
