I need to find out if /3GB & PAE settings are applicable for Windows 2008 R2 64 bit server?

I guess, they are not required. Have you searched online, I have seen many threads related to that in SSC itself.

/3GB & PAE only applicable for 32-bit

The whole point of 64-bit systems is that they can natively address a lot more than 4 Gb of RAM. AWE isn't applicable because of that.

For 64-bit Windows 2003, 2008 and above:
/3GB is not relevant to 64-bit, and is ignored if it is supplied.
/PAE is always on for 64-bit, and makes no difference if it is supplied.
Within SQL Server, AWE is always on for 64-bit, and makes no difference if it is supplied (Except for Express Edition where trying to turn on AWE gives an error).
