I just installed SQL Server 2005 with SP3 and I have separate Master, MSDB, Model and TempDB for Reporting Services so I now have two copies of the system databases running. I need to know if this is new or my install is just wrong. Thanks in advance, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have SP3 installed (XP) and do not have separate copies of the system databases for SSRS. Do you see multiple entries in sys.databases?

Thanks Jack there is something wrong with the install because I am also missing Integrated Services.

I don't know if this is a problem or not. It sounds like it would be a problem to me.
Are the system DB's in the same location?
Did you query sys.databases to see what it is showing?
Do you have multiple instances of SQL Server?

The second set is added into the SSRS Data Sub folder in the SQL Server folder in programs but not showing up in Management studio but I think they are installed. I just tried to rerun setup and I did not see repair because I installed from I iso file. I also think it is related to the operating system because the protocols and enabling remote connection is not in SAC it is only in configuration manager. Thanks again.
