I had created a database with size of 20 MB (Data file - 10 MB & Log file - 10 MB).
Please let me know, in Autogrowth if i specify 'by 10 percent, unristricted growth' upto what size this will extend its size?
Thanks in advance.

It might eat up all of disk space available. While considering this option you should analyze your database growth which depends on numerous factors. Which mainly depens on the capacity planning for your Database.
Would suggest you to look into MS article about setting this option and also read on capacity planning for your database.

You want to be careful using a fixed % since as you file gets bigger soon 10% is a huge chunk to get allocated at one time.

Better use auto growth in MB rather that %.
Also, see that you have given enough space for the database as auto grow is a costly operation!
