SSIS source management in multi-Developer Environment

    Would like to know what systems are being used to manage dtsx file versioning and merging changes.

    We're currently using Subversion but merging of DTSX files is not possible. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Generally our solutions are a series of smaller dtsx packages so we can each work on separate package. This is not always the case, especially when we need a tweak to the production version but are in the middle of a revision.

    Any thoughts.
