I have a Dynamic Flat file connection. The issue with this connection is when I use the connection in a Flat file Source, I only see a few columns and not all columns.
Is this a limitation of dynamic Flat file connection ?

Sounds like an issue with the configuration of the connection manager.
Have you defined all of the columns in the advanced tab of the Flat File Connection Manager Editior?

The connection manager is dynamic. The columns are not same everytime.

Are the column names different each time or is the number of columns differenct each time?
If the names are different then set the column heading names in the connection manager to 1,2,3,4,etc and set the 'Column names in the first data row' property to false.
If the number of columns is differenct each time then I'm not aware of way to deal with this using the flat file connection manager, sorry!
