Hi,
We bought a new SAN and I want to move the data from old to new SAN also I am running some replication too, I want very minimum down time.

Are they the same brand of SAN? You might have SAN-SAN replication.
If not, the best way to do this is move a full backup, then log backups until the time between the last log backup and the complete restore is very low. Then just switch the db over.
It helps if you can connect your server to two SANs or use two server instances.

I do have one box and it is Cluster to server1 (active) and server2(passive) use as a Publication, then I have distributer server, from that server I am running the Transactional Replication too three server, all my server connected to the same SAN, know we want to move from old SAN to new SAN. Can you please let me know how to handle this issue.
