im the very beginner to sql 2005 can anybody tell me how should i start with it??

Well, this is pretty wide open. Do you mean with installing it? What are the new features? We're pretty good here, but we haven't mastered the brain meld thing over the internet yet, so you need to help us help you by being a bit more specific.
The biggest tip I have... Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) (Start | All Programs | Microsoft SQL Server 2005 | SQL Server Management Studio). Connect to your server. Once there, click the New Query button. Then, press the F1 key. This opens up the help system. Notice on the left side there is an item call "SQL Server 2005 Books Online", commonly referred to as BOL. This is the "bible" about SQL Server, and it should always be your first stop with questions.
