Can you give me the roles and responsibilities of Senior SQL Server Developer

Different companies are going to define that in different ways. Where I work a senior database developer will be able to design databases based on requirements, develop t-sql, troubleshoot performance, review developer access mechanisms, possibly work with SSIS, have a very thorough understanding of the internals of SQL Server in order to make appropriate design and coding decisions.
There's more, but that should give you an idea.
