Error while users trying to change there windows password:

    Hello,

    I thought I may get a help here,

    unable to change the password on this account due to following error: 1130: not enough server storage is available to process this command,

    I would really appreciate if someone has a fix for this,

    No the Server is up and running, even I have a backup Domain Controller
