Optimization job and Integrity job

    Can I run Optimization job on Saturday, Integrity morning on Sunday, FullBackup evening on Saturday,Integrity on Wednesday or Integrity with Optimization needs to run together.Is anyone have a good documentation that I can explain my users what they integrity job do and optimization job do?Thank you
