I am going to write this exam in a month. I am wondering what materials do u think i need to pass? I have the self paced book, will that be sufficient? Also what BOL should i reference?

I passed 70-448 which is the same test at 70-445 but for SQL 2008 instead of SQL 2005. While preparing for my exam, I read some of the 70-445 Microsoft Training Guide because the 70-448 book wasn't released yet. Unless you have a lot of experience in SSIS, SSAS and SSRS the book alone will not give you enough information to pass the exam.
I suggest you purchase practice exams from Transcender, Self Test Software or MeasureUp and then research any questions you miss on the practice exams in BOL. Once you can score 95% on the practice exams, you are ready to take the real exam.

I passed it last year it was one of the best Microsoft exams except the skills measured section did not include SSIS transactions, Microsoft updated that doc but I was still hoping there was more information added. The link below showed me what to expect and yes get practice test.

Hi all,
I have also taken the 71-448 during its beta period.
I can easily compare the two versions 70-445 and 70-448 that the 445 is far more difficult than the 448 version.
If you think 70-448 may be helpful, you can read 70-448 Business Intelligence Development and 70-448 Exam Review
Wish you success in the exam
