Processor Queue Length and sql connection... A platform to corelate both

    Server BAYPPSQL1BHC02 has four processors.

    On one server I am getting System Processor Queue Length and sql connection issue continuously. To resolve this I increased the 'maximum workers thread' value. This value was set as 128 but now I increased this to 300 and the issue didn't occur after that. Did I do a correct thing? I feel so...

    You should think of increasing this if you have large number of long-running batches and you should decrease this if you think your application will use smaller number of workers
