In Sql server 2005 clustering , Sql server clinet is not able to connect since the virtual server is not available in the network . is there any to change the virutal server IP in the sql server clustering ?

Yes you can change the cluster ip-address in the cluster administration console, but I don't see why that should solve your problem. Why would you be able to connect to one IP-address but not another.
Are all the cluster resources started ?

After restarting the sql server node its working now ..thks for you reply...
previously both we were in online only albeit we have restarted the server and checked . After that we can able to ping the virtual ip in the network ..i dont exact reason for this problem.
