hi,
actually as per our requirement we need to send report output into mail.... so it's runtime we need to send mail of report .... anybody know how to do that through reporting service .. any response or ideas are welcome

Hello Raj,
You can save the report to shared folder. After that with Database mail send the report as an attachment.

hi can u tell me steps for that i m till now know that to just genrate report and but can we do that like automatically save that into one folder and then in input parameter we enter email address and that will send ...like that if you have idea to do that .... so please tell me with some brief description or if you have time then step by step...

Hey you can send your report through mail using data driven subscription and also you can schedule it.

data driven subscriptions are only available in Enterprise edition so not everyone might have the right version to do that, but you can still use the normal subscription method to send to email or fileshare which ever is your preference
