Dear All,
I have a requirement in which i have to determine the Script difference between the two given databases, so that i can run that script on the old database and use it as the updated one...
I am working on .NET 3.5 and SQL Server Express 2005
Your help is highly appreciated. I am looking in for a free ware or a tool which can help me in achieving this

Toad has one that is free to a certain number of objects. I think xSQL does also.
If you have to do this more than once, I would recommend spending a bit of money - you get what you pay for.

Dear Michael,
Being a .NET developer, can i able to create a tool to do this?
If so how much time will it take to create a tool like this one..

By looking at the xSQL GUI, I would have to say 4 developers and 2 QA people can build it in 6 months. However, I am probably underestimating some of the complexities.

Not sure what you want to compare exactly...
Found the following two on codeproject.com
Database compare: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/database/DBCOMPARE.aspx
Schema compare: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/database/SideBySideSQLComparer.aspx
