when i try to start the service it gives me: "WIndows could not start the SQL server service on local computer. Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectadly"
The eventlog has nothing valuable in it.
the SQL exception log has this in it: "Exception 0xc0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 414745E1 at 0x01319CDD"
I have had this error before and out of frustration installed a second instance of SQL Server. The original instance subsequently worked for a day and now I have the same problem again. with no instances working!
The installation obviously overwrote some core files and thats why it worked again but there must be something going on!

What is the exact error message you get, when SQL Server is started in the command prompt?
