SQL Server 2005 Reporting Server Issue

    Hi Gurus,

    I have a problem with the sql server reporting services.

    After installation of SQL Server Reporting Services the Windows service of reporting server is not getting started at all.

    Its giving the below error:-

    The sql server reporting services started and stopped on the local computer.some services stopped automatically if they have no work to do.

    Please let me know whats causing the error.

    In the SQL 2005 start menu, under configuration tools, there is a Reporting Services configuration GUI. You need to go into this and configure RS before you can use it.

    HI,

    I tried to configure it but its not starting at all.

    All Services of SQL Server are running through LocalSystem Account only.

    Please do let me know.

    Your problems should hve 2 do with the accounts you are using for ur sql server and report server. Make sure u hve the correct authorities.

    For the report server u r not supposed to use LocalSystem Account, but the network account. Research more abt the installation b4 installing please
