Error: 50000, severity: 16, state: 1
Does anyone know what does it mean and how to fix it?

Did you receive this error as a response to what ? Did you get it from SSMS or from your runninng application ? It is possible that developers used this number 50000 in their code but did not finish their coding.

Is the table accessible?
Why not run this query from the query analyzer and check for the results, if not run a profiler trace while this script is being executed..there are many options to look up to..

Error code 50000 and up are "User-Defined Errors". Which means that they are not Microsoft's and they are coming from either your organizations own stuff, or from a 3rd party product or utility.
If it is, as you say, from Log-Viewer then you should check the doc, or check with them.
