  Hi

  I am trying to install SQLServer2005-KB953752-x86-ENU.exe.

  I have installed it successfully on a couple servers but on one particular server i get the following error : "The following unexpected error occurred: "

  After click ing ok, the following error comes up : "Hotfix.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

  Has anyone else had this error?

  Please assist

  Could you post the complete message?

  Also check ...\Setup bootstrap\LOG\Summary.txt
