I am not sure how you want someone to respond to this post. Do you want someone to answer these questions so you can interview someone else? Are these questions you were asked at an interview and were unable to ask?
I would recommend you read this article on posting etiquette:

If you're asking us if these are good interview questions to ask someone you're going to hire, I'd suggest some rewording and re-ordering:
1. How many processors can a SQL Server Instance use?
2. How does differential backup work?
3. What other methods of backup are there?
4. What is meant by lock escalation?
5. What can cause tempdb to be full and how can this be resolved?
6. How are filegroups used in a database?
7. What is the difference between filegroup backup and other types of backups?
