Import .dbf tables into existing SQL 2005 database

  Hello everybody,

  How can I import .dbf files into existing SQL 2005 Database. Some suggested using DTS, Can anyone elaborate on how to use DTS?

  I am new to this. ANy help would be greatly appreciated
