Any idea how to optimize Cube Performance ??

Really depends on what you are looking at optimizing. Are you having issues with query performance, processing performance, calculated measure optimizations, etc.? Always take a look at the SQL Server - Best Practices for the whitepapers in regards to optimizing MDX queries, SSAS processing best practices, OLAP design best practices, etc.
Are you using SQL Server 2000 or 2005? If 2000 there is a cube optimization option right within the cube designer. If 2005 then refer to the whitepapers on the best practice site.
I would also recommend taking a look at Mosha's MDX Studio if you are having issues with MDX queries or calculations and use the 'Analyze' option for suggestions on improvements.
