    I need and information on, approximately how much does sql server 2005 will take to transfer 5lakh records from 1 schema to another schema?

    It depends on the configuration of the server like processor sped ,RAM,64 or 32 bit OS.etc.it is even ard to estimate

    banwidth, row size, no way to know.

    Send 1000 records as a test. Extrapolate.
