SSIS only allows VB.NET.
According to this interchange on the MSDN forums (http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=68553&SiteID=1), there won't be native C# scripting in C#. SSIS leverages the VSA environment, which only supports VB.NET.

It's not a native solution, but you can create a library in VS and reference that assembly in your SSIS script task.
