Dear All,
First i install sql server 2005 standard edition, after that i upgrade it by sql server 2005 developer edition by using command prompt. It's upgrade successful.
After that i uninstall sql server 2005 developer edition , and repeated the above process,but i can't upgrade now.
it shows error like
" can not upgrade, already upgraded"
If any one find the solutions .
kindly let me know.

I think your uninstallation was incomplete and hence the error. You can make use of the below link and manually uninstall Sql Server 2005,

If that does'nt work make use of Windows Installer Cleanup utility to perform the same. Refer the below link,

Hi Prabhakaran,
As I found that you have upgraded your sql server 2005 Std Edition to decloper edition.
Can you tell me the procedure how can I upgrade sql server 2005 Std edi to Enterprise edition.
