  I have done DB Replication and for this instance I need it for it is too slow.

  Does anyone have suggestions on an application that can synchronize a DB on one server to another?

  Or is there a built in SQL 2005 feature that can do this?

  I have been looking at Redgates products SQL Data Compare Pro because of the commandline feature.

  I need it to be command line or SQL T-SQL commands if possible so I can customize it.

  you can try for ApexSQL Diff. this is the 3rd party utility. You can compare as well as synchronize the databases
