Unable to connect sybase database

  Hi,

  I need to take data from sybase database.

  I've dragged the OLE DB source and selected "Native OLE DB\sybase ASE OLE DB Provider"

  I have added the server name, user name and password. If i click Initial catalog. I am not getting my databases.

  Instead am getting an error like, Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider.

  How can i resolve this.

  define teh variable connection string and connect that variable inteh expressions of Sybase connection manager.

  problem here is the, it is unalbe to save the password. so when defining the varialbe, we have to give the password for the sybase.

  that will take care, of connecting to the sybase 😉
