  I have two servers with the same database.

  Server A is the application server where internal employees update

  Server B is the Web application where outside customers update

  I need to have Server A insynch with Server B and vica versa

  Please give me your thoughts on whats the best way to accomplish this?

  Look into merge replication. Might provide an acceptable solution for you.
