SQL 2000 SP3 & Windows 2003 Server SP2 running very slow when pulling reports from Crystal Reports Server

  Can someone please help me out as mentioned in my description above: Had SQL 2000 SP3 running on a Win 2000 server box without issues, Crystal reports would come up extremely fast. The only change has been the installation of Win 2003 Sp2 (this was a new install of 2003 server not upgrade).

  When we point our production Windows 2003 server boxes to the Windows 2000 box running SQL 2000 SP3 the reports are extremely FAST. But when pointing back to a brand new server with a new install of Windows 2003 SP2 and SQL 2000 SP3 the same reports are very very very slow.

  There must be a setting or something we can change in Win 2003 server that would fix this issue.

  Please help me. We are at a work stoppage because of this and no vendor seems to know how to fix the issue.
