I have just install SQL 2005 with service pack 2.
To install all the SQL patches do I need to install all the patches or just the latest patch.
Please which one is the latest service pack and were to get the lastest Service patch

In general you only need to install the latest Service pack, since Service Packs are cumulative.
Microsoft Update is IMO the best place to get the latest Service pack (that's the expanded WindowsUpdate). Run it using the Custom setup, and double-check the optional components

I want to install latest patch from were should I get and how do I know which one is latest patch.

Build 09.00.3215 is the most recent cumulative update.
