Hi Experts,
What are all happens when we restart SQL Server?Will the indexes gets rebuild during startup?

Not unless you have a startup Job or Proc to do it.

All values in a DMV will be removed. After the restart of SQL all logging of index-usage etc. will start from scratch.

tempdb will be recreated.
