Hi Experts,
What i have to do to disable changing surface area configuration of server on my machine from another server.

Set up the security so nobody has access to that feature.

The surface area configuration wizard just runs sp_configure with parameters to change the various features. It's nothing more than a dressed up SSMS wizard.
If someone has access to your instance, they can make the changes, SAC or with SSMS.

I don't think you can specifically set "not a remote machine". What you can do is make sure that various logins don't have the rights to execute the system proc.
