I get this mes when they run the app through a diginet line.. {item cannot be found in the collection responding to the requested name or ordinal
Please contact system administrator} Can it be that one transaction tabel is too big???
No I must add that this app works fine on our own network and doesnt get this error, but our other office running a WAN gets this error.
Can anyone please give me some insight on what to do, I have been busy on this error since friday and still no luck in resolving it.

Hi Bertus
I found this answer somewhere else:
It means that you have not physically added these fields to the customers table and orders table. VP-ASP simply updates and displays these fields. It does not actually add the field names to the database. That is your responsibility using Microsoft Access, SQL Server or MYSQL tools.
Is there any way you could have lost some tables or use an old version eather on your application server or database server?

Hi there
Thanks for the reply, but the problem is that the app works fine on our own LAN by about 100 odd users, but gives the error on our wide area network about 1KM from our main office {1.5 MB link}, and just happens when they search a matter on the same app and server, that is what I dont understand.
