  When I check SQL Profiler msdb.dbo.sp_sqlagent_get_perf_counters stored procedure executes and use most of my CPU usage on the server. When I check SQL Server Agent folder in my Enterprise Manager, I didn't get any alert on it. Why this executes? How can I disable this. Is there any harm, if I disable this?
