Hi,
Can someone please explain this to me. I have a database which is 163Gig. When I run sp_spaceused, 135Gig reserved, 128 data, 6 indexes and 12 unallocated. 130000KB unused. So this all seems to add up.
When I however add up the reserved data of my 20 biggest tables, it is not even 17Gig and there is no way the rest is in the other tables. What is eating up my hard drive??
I have tried to shrink the database, but it has had no effect.
help!!

How are you getting the size of the tables?
