Problem Launching Report Builder

   Hi,

  I am having a problem launching Report Builder on one of my users pcs.

  When he clicks on the icon the following error message appears:

   dfsv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

  When I log in as myself to his PC Report Builder launches with no problems.

  Any advice?
