I want to know, if setting up two SQL Instances running under one cluster group is feasible.
The factors that have to be taken into considerations for this setup.
Thanks.

Not sure when you say one cluster group.
But however if its a 2 node Cluster then you may think of having 2 instances in Active-Active or Active-Passive.
Each of the SQL Instances will have a SQL Virtual IP Address and unique SQL Virtual Name and would be assigned to different groups. Each of this SQL Virtual Instances will have it own disk resources and they will not be shared.
It is better to have one Virtual SQL Server to be active on 1 node and other to be active on another node thereby sharing proper resources.
Thanks
